Configure Mail on Native Email Client

By default, The EVO 4G has an app called "Mail" on the homepage. Simply touch the icon and the app will open. Next press the Menu button on the bottom of the phone and touch the more option. Touch the option that says "New Account". Next, either choose from "Exchange ActiveSync" or "Other (POP3/IMAP)". For web-based mail clients like Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail select other. Just simply enter your email address and password and verify the settings are correct. Your email account should now be setup and ready to use.
